1.Substrate Layer

Material composition: The substrate layer is usually made by mixing wood powder and thermoplastic (such as polyvinyl chloride PVC) to form a sturdy base layer.

Functional features: This layer is responsible for providing support and load-bearing capacity, while also having good rigidity and toughness, and is not easily deformed or cracked.

 

2.Decorative Layers

Diverse textures: The decorative layer replicates various textures through printing technology, such as wood grain, stone grain, carpet grain, etc.

Visual effect: This layer directly determines the appearance of the wall panel, and through high-tech printing technology, extremely realistic decorative effects can be achieved to meet the needs of different consumers.

 

3.Wear resistant layer

Material thickness: Transparent polymer PVC material is usually used, with a thickness between 0.3mm and 0.7mm.

Production Process

1.Raw Material Preparation

Material selection: The main raw materials include recycled plastic pellets and wood fibers, which are screened and pre treated to ensure quality.

Ingredient mixing: Mix plastic particles and wood fibers in a certain proportion, and add necessary stabilizers, lubricants, antioxidants, and other additives.

 

2.Mixed Granulation

Mixed granulation: The mixture is uniformly mixed using a high-speed heating and cooling mixer, and then granulated using a cone double wood plastic granulation unit to form raw material particles for extrusion.

Equipment requirements: Equipment suitable for this process includes a stainless steel three-stage air delivery system and a granulation equipment with a daily output of 2-4 tons.

 

3.Extrusion Molding

Extrusion process: Put the produced wood plastic particles into an extruder and extrude them into the desired grid shape through high temperature and pressure. Temperature control: Accurate temperature control is required during the extrusion process to ensure material fluidity and molding quality.

 

4.Cooling and shaping

Cooling treatment: The extruded grille wall panel needs to undergo cooling and shaping treatment to ensure its dimensional stability and shape accuracy. Equipment support: The product can be quickly cooled using a cooling water tank or a cooling air knife.

 

5.Post processing

Surface treatment: Surface treatment of the grid wall panel is carried out as needed, such as spraying a waterproof coating or texture processing, to enhance the beauty and durability of the product. Cutting and packaging: Cut the finished product to ensure that the size meets the requirements, conduct quality inspection, and finally package and store it.
